Download the questionnaire and fill out the editable document. Once completed, upload the finished questionnaire and schedule a tour.

Take a tour of Children’s Resources Center. You will be able to check out the facilities and all we have to offer to help your child flourish. Learn more about therapies offered, resources, and classrooms.

After your tour, if you are interested in enrollment you will be given a password to schedule an Intake.

An Intake is an interview with the school psychologist, Dr. Berger. She will conduct an informal assessment for your child to determine the most beneficial program placement.
